Melody is a representative who went above and beyond. Very professional and very responsive. We are from out of state and Melody has helped us to find our home. Melody was an amazing agent who went above and beyond. She kept us up to date on relevant listings, checked in via text an appropriate amount of times (not so many it felt pushy/not so few it felt we weren’t important). Melody even came to the rescue when our car died on the side of the road. Making sure I was set w a tow and auto shop then took my wife, 5yo daughter, dog, cat, and necessary belongings to a hotel.
